Purpose
The purpose of the Quality Time Fishing Club is to bring together all types of anglers and their families to fellowship and to improve their boating and angling skills.
Mission Statement
The Mission of the QTFC is to teach and provide the hands-on experience of fishing techniques to all youth and to instill values and character of outdoor life experiences, environmental awareness, outdoor ethics, personal responsibility and goal attainment. Our aim is to get youth out of the city so that they may acquire the appreciation of outdoor living and provide them with a more positive vision of what their lives can be.
